No medical services, diagnoses, or health treatments are offered. Safety-relevant information (e.g., allergies, pregnancy) is requested verbally only, before each treatment; it is not recorded or stored.

3. Appointment booking and legal acceptance

A contract is formed when the Customer makes a booking request (via our enquiry form, by phone, SMS/WhatsApp, or in person) and Meda Esthetic, Branislav Lukic confirms it. By booking or signing a studio intake form, these terms are accepted.

In rare cases, we may need to decline or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50 % of the service price.
  • No-shows may be charged a fee of up to CHF 80.
  • This policy also applies to bookings made with vouchers or special offers.

In case of illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g., childcare, transport issues), please contact us. We will find an individual solution.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include 8.1 % VAT.

Payment is due immediately after the service, unless otherwise agreed.

All payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payments in other currencies are not accepted.

Accepted payment methods: Debit and credit cards, TWINT, or cash.

Vouchers/special offers must be presented before payment.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, but will honour confirmed bookings.

6. Customer obligations

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring that they are in a condition suitable for non-medical aesthetic treatments.
  • Having no medical concerns against such treatments.
  • Informing the practitioner about basic sensitivities or preferences (e.g., skin sensitivity, cosmetic allergies).
  • Following general post-treatment instructions (if available).
  • Arriving in a clean and hygienic condition appropriate for the booked treatment.
  • Informing the practitioner verbally before the treatment begins if they are pregnant or breastfeeding. Certain treatments may not be suitable in these cases.

Customers must be at least 18 years old. Services for persons under 18 are only provided with written consent from a legal guardian. The legal guardian must be present during the appointment.

Customers with concerns about possible interactions with medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor.

If you have any accessibility or mobility needs, please let us know when booking so we can prepare for your visit.

Our studio has limited space. Companions without a scheduled appointment are asked to wait outside. For hygiene reasons, we also ask that pets not be brought into the studio or waiting area.

7. Treatment process and individual adjustments

Any treatment can be paused or stopped at any time — no explanation required.

Sensitivities to sounds, scents, lighting, or touch can be communicated before the appointment. We adjust the environment accordingly.

Individual preferences regarding privacy or treatment process are taken into account. The same applies to preferred name, pronouns, or form of address.

8. Right to refuse or terminate service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in the following cases:

  • Inappropriate, disrespectful, or aggressive behaviour.
  • Visible signs of infection, open wounds, or contagious skin conditions, or signs that the Customer may need medical rather than aesthetic care.
  • Hygiene risks or concerns regarding personal safety.

9. Products and sales

We may recommend or offer cosmetic products in connection with treatments. These products:

  • Are sold with manufacturer instructions.
  • Are used at the Customer's own discretion.
  • Comply with Swiss cosmetic regulations and are obtained exclusively from official dealers.

To the extent permitted by law, Meda Esthetic, Branislav Lukic is not liable for individual skin reactions caused by the use of products. Liability for personal injury and mandatory statutory liability, including product liability, remain unaffected.

10. Vouchers and special offers

  • Any period stated on a voucher indicates the recommended redemption period. Mandatory statutory rights and limitation periods remain unaffected.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  • A refund will be provided where required by law or where we are permanently unable to provide the service owed.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

11. Treatment cycles

Certain treatments are offered as structured multi-session cycles with dedicated cycle pricing.

  • The cycle price must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Purchased cycles are generally non-refundable. Statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
  • If we are permanently unable to provide a remaining session, we will refund the corresponding proportion of the price or agree an equivalent substitute service with the Customer.
  • For treatment-planning reasons, sessions should be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions remain redeemable within the applicable statutory limitation periods.
  • Cycles are not transferable to other persons.

12. Image use and consent

We take photographs and videos only with your written consent. We obtain it separately for two clearly distinct purposes:

  • Treatment record: internal, so the practitioner can compare results across sessions and plan follow-up sessions. Without this consent we can still treat you in most cases. For some treatments, photographs are required for the safe planning of follow-up sessions — without consent we may not be able to perform those treatments; we will tell you before the treatment begins.
  • Marketing or educational use: only with separate consent; declining has no impact on the treatment.

You can revoke either consent at any time. We will then remove marketing and educational content from our own channels within a reasonable timeframe; record photographs are deleted from your treatment record. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of use that occurred while consent was in place.

Content that has already been shared or cached by third-party platforms may not be removable by us.

We do not publish customer reviews or testimonials on our website or social media.

Details on processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

13. Personal belongings

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for personal belongings left at the studio; liability for gross negligence or intent remains unaffected. Please take care of your valuables during your visit.

14. Limitation of liability

Our liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for personal injury and any mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Minor/temporary cosmetic reactions.
  • Unsatisfactory results where services were properly provided.
  • Problems due to undisclosed sensitivities or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Treatment results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and individual reaction. A guarantee for specific results cannot be given.

Complaints should be submitted in writing (by email or postal mail, see Section 18) within 14 days where possible, so that we can review the matter promptly. Statutory rights and time limits remain unaffected. We aim to respond within 14 days and will work with you to find a fair resolution.

15. Appointment punctuality

We strive to keep to scheduled appointment times. Should unexpected delays occur on our part, we appreciate your patience and will make every effort to minimise any waiting time.

16. Intellectual property

All content (texts, logos, designs) is protected. Use without written permission is not permitted.

17. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

18. Communication

Official communication channels for cancellations, complaints, and legal notices: email (info@meda-esthetic.ch) and postal mail.

General enquiries: by phone at +41 79 840 88 13.

Cancellations via SMS or WhatsApp are accepted as a courtesy. They are not considered received until confirmed by us.

Our forms may ask for your preferred language of communication. Formal and legal correspondence (e.g., consent forms, contracts, complaints) is conducted in German or English only.

19. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, in particular those applicable to consumer contracts, take precedence. The language of proceedings is determined by the applicable procedural rules.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions for future bookings from time to time. Each booking is governed by the version provided when the contract is formed. Confirmed bookings remain unaffected by later changes unless a change is expressly agreed with the Customer or required by law. We will inform you of significant changes. The current version is available on our website, and we will provide the version that applied when your contract was formed on request.

21. Force majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or official orders. In such cases, affected appointments will be rescheduled at no cost.

22. Severability clause

If a provision is invalid, the remainder of these terms remains valid. Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid ones that come closest to the purpose of the invalid provisions.
