Overview
The Candela Matrix™ is a multi-applicator radiofrequency platform. Controlled heat at depth stimulates new collagen and improves the skin's firmness and structure.
We use two applicators: Sublime® warms the dermis with infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency without breaking the skin surface. Sublative™ RF delivers bipolar radiofrequency in discrete points through a grid of small electrodes, starting a renewal process while the epidermis stays largely intact.
Meda Esthetic was the first in Switzerland to work with the Candela Matrix™. Branislav Lukić has used the platform for three years as a Candela Key Opinion Leader, well before its European launch in early 2026.

What is the difference between Sublime® and Sublative™ RF?
Sublime® tightens. Infrared and radiofrequency heat the deep dermis without disrupting the surface, so there is no downtime. Sublative™ RF renews skin structure: fractional impulses below the skin surface improve scars, pores and texture, with 1–3 days of mild redness afterwards.
Is the treatment painful?
Sublime® is usually experienced as comfortable warmth. With Sublative™ RF you feel brief pinpoint impulses, which most clients tolerate well.
How is this different from a laser treatment?
Light and laser methods like our Nordlys™ also target post-inflammatory pigment marks and superficial vessels, and its fractional applicators work on surface texture. Radiofrequency works on firmness at depth, independently of skin tone, and it does not make the skin light-sensitive. The two approaches complement each other. Many treatment plans combine them.
Can I combine Sublime® and Sublative™ RF?
Yes. Our Matrix™ Protocol combines both applicators in the same session: tightening at depth and renewal of the surface in one appointment.
How much experience do you have with the Candela Matrix™?
The Candela Matrix™ has only been available in Europe since early 2026. Branislav Lukić has worked with the platform since 2023 as a Candela Key Opinion Leader in his international practice. That experience goes into every treatment here. We have worked with the system since August 2026.
