Overview
We work with two professional microneedling systems — Préime NanoTap and SkinPen® — and choose the device by skin condition, concern and treatment zone.
Face: controlled micro-channels stimulate collagen and elastin production. Every session includes PDRN; exosomes can be added.
Body — scars & stretch marks: the same principle over larger areas. Body treatments generally use the SkinPen®, combined with PDRN and topical hyaluronic acid.

The Process
Skin Analysis & Custom Protocol
We evaluate your skin type, concerns, and treatment goals. For body areas, we assess the type and extent of scars or stretch marks. Together, we determine the right device, depth, and active ingredients.
Preparation & Comfort
The treatment area is thoroughly cleansed and prepared. For sensitive areas or on request, a cooling cream is applied 20–30 minutes before the session.
Precision Microneedling
Using sterile single-use needle cartridges, we pass the selected device over the treatment zones in overlapping passes. At controlled depths this creates micro-channels that activate your skin's repair response.
Active Ingredient Application
While the micro-channels are open, PDRN is applied to support skin recovery. For facial treatments, exosomes can be added. For body treatments, topical hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration.
Cooling & Aftercare
A calming mask or serum and antioxidant protection are applied. You receive aftercare instructions and SPF guidance. We schedule your next session in 4–6 weeks, the interval collagen remodelling needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the procedure comfortable?
At our working depths, most clients feel only mild pressure or tingling. For sensitive areas or on request we cool before and during the session. We adjust speed and technique to your comfort throughout the session.
When will I see results?
Your skin may appear refreshed within a few days. Visible improvements in texture and tone typically show within 2–4 weeks as fresh collagen forms. The full result develops over 3–6 months and builds with each session.
How many sessions do I need?
Plan on 3–4 sessions for fine lines and texture, or 4–6 for scars and stretch marks, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Maintenance every 6–12 months helps preserve the result.
Why should I add exosomes to my treatment?
Exosomes are an optional add-on for facial treatments. They are applied through the open micro-channels, where they support skin recovery. Clients who choose exosomes often report faster recovery and less redness.
What body areas can be treated?
Body microneedling can be performed on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, arms, and other areas with stretch marks or scars.
Why are PDRN and topical hyaluronic acid used for body treatments?
PDRN supports skin recovery. Topical hyaluronic acid, applied to the skin surface rather than injected, provides deep hydration. Together they support improved texture, firmness, and appearance of stretch marks and scars.
Can I combine microneedling with other procedures?
Yes. Microneedling works well alongside laser treatments (spaced appropriately) or DermaFacial®.
Can one session improve my scars?
One session can refresh texture, but scars remodel gradually over a series. Shallow, rolling scars tend to respond faster; deeper scars take longer and sometimes benefit from a combined plan with other treatments. We set realistic expectations at your assessment: a single session does not correct scars.
Is it suitable for darker or redness-prone skin?
Usually, yes. Microneedling works without heat, so the pigmentation risk is lower than with many light-based treatments. On reactive skin we work conservatively and adjust the depth carefully; we assess this individually before your first session.
