We begin with a thorough skin assessment to customise your treatment. Your skin is double-cleansed to remove makeup, oils, and impurities, creating a clean foundation for the following steps.
Exfoliation
Using the Préime device with water-based exfoliation technology (hydradermabrasion), we remove dead skin cells while infusing a hydrating solution, so the surface is cleared without drying the skin out.
Vacuum Extraction & Pore Refinement
Vacuum extraction clears impurities, blackheads and excess oil from congested pores. It reaches further than manual extraction and puts less pressure on the skin.
Targeted Serum Infusion

Does it hurt or feel uncomfortable?
The treatment is generally well tolerated. You feel cooling during cleansing, light suction during extraction, and the applicator gliding as the serums go on.
Is there any downtime?
You can resume daily activities immediately. Skin can look visibly refreshed straight after the session.
How long do results last and how often should I get it?
The visible improvement lasts about 5–7 days. For lasting change in texture, tone, and hydration we recommend monthly sessions; the benefits build with regularity. Before special events, a session 1–2 days in advance works well.
What should I do to prepare?
No special preparation needed. Avoid harsh exfoliants or retinoids 24 hours before your appointment.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
The treatment suits sensitive skin. We match the serum selection and the intensity to your skin type. If you have concerns about sensitivity, couperose, or reactive skin, mention it during your assessment and we will adjust accordingly.
How does it differ from a regular facial?
The Préime DermaFacial® works with water-based exfoliation, vacuum extraction and targeted serum infusion instead of the manual techniques of a conventional facial. That gives a deeper cleanse and more targeted delivery of active ingredients, without manual extraction.
Can I combine it with other procedures?
It pairs well with microneedling, laser treatments, and other procedures. Many clients schedule it between more intensive treatments for maintenance, or as a pre-event refresh.
